Okay. People are killing me asking what does it mean for CS3 because we drafted two receivers?

Well....

It will probably mean that once they get up to speed with the offense, CS3 will probably start having some of the best seasons of his career.

My brain is already drawing up passing plays with Lee and CS3 on one side, Robinson and Lewis on the other...   Then it becomes 'pick you poison'.  Speed on one side, size on the other.

Good post, Lewis should have another break-out year, along with a few other. We can only hope.

Who's the one person that picked Blake Bortles in the draft poll on top of the page? Props to whoever it is. I picked Watkins like most.

And have Ace line up as a tail back. LOL bUt thats what I said too. Everybody forgets about Lewis. The four of those combined will be ALOT for any team to process. Regardless of who the QB is, they will have options.

And that's kind of my point...  Ace won't have to line up in the backfield.  We have Todman & Gerhart for that.  People keep getting hung up on having a Calvin or an Andre or even a Green & Jones.  How about just having a set of complimenting players?  Like the 49ers.   Like the Seahawks.  Like the Steelers.  Like the Giants.

I won't sit here and say that it wouldn't be great to have a true #1, but think about having a guy like Robinson and Lewis lining up in the slot for 75% of the plays and beating the absolute shit out of the corner or nickel guy, then sub in a fresh Ace or run a pre-snap motion to match up CS3 to put a speedster on that guy who's been taking a beating all day.  He won't be able to keep up.

The beauty of having SEVERAL options.

Yes sir it is beauty  ;D

Apparently Stephen Morris is one of the players the Jags have signed in undrafted free agency.
The tourist would realize at once that he had struck the Land of Flowers - the City Beautiful!

I'm sure The Lakelander is very excited

Allen Hurns from Miami might be the better of the two. I could see him making the practice squad and working his way into the team in year 2.

In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

Rackley released...

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/05/12/jaguars-release-will-rackley-five-others/

I seen that coming. I also looked at the roster and noticed everyone that will be starters on our offense line is 6'6" and taller. Our O-line is huge now. Im 6'3". So if I say they are huge. theyre huge LOL

The TU is reporting that Bortles' jersey is @ #5 in rookie sales.....when's the last time that happened?  I would honestly expect virtually every team to surpass Jax - regardless of player, just due to market size.

GO JAGS.

Rynjny

I think Blackmon was in the Top 10 in rookie sale before.

^I'm still not ready to let him go, btw...so sad.

Yeah, but if you can start pulling in some fans from Orlando, the market size just got a little bit bigger.

Manziel is the #1 selling rook jersey.
Sam is the #2. Followed by Clowney and Bridgewater.

The Sam jersey caused a problem because no one expected it and so none had been made right away.
