The Meeks will be starting the renovation of the quad next to Three Layers in a couple months, and should be done with the renovation next to thier offices relatively soon as well.

I'm looking forward to The Meeks getting started on the building at 7th and Walnut. The plans are cool and will add alot to that section of Walnut....

Where have you seen the plans? The previous owner had plans to add a 2nd floor apartment and garden terrace and make the 1st floor his photography studio. He never could get the funding I guess.

The plans were shown at the HPC several months ago. Art Deco style with proposed platinum Leed certification.

It is Jack Meeks and JoAnn Tredenick.. Sigma, Jensen Hande always said he had plans, but nobody ever saw them. I don't think he truly had any real intention on building here. He always told me about them but never showed anything.. He got what he wanted from the property, a nice profit for sitting on it and putting nothing into it...

soxfan..........thanks for the info..........know a John Meeks but not Jack! Nice to make money without doing anything other than right spot at the right time............with me wrong spot and the wrong time.....oh well!
