drink specials for wine and cocktails and they have a scaled down menu.  i think it is great imho.  in a tough market, giving people the option of spending less than a full meal at Orsay still keeps the doors revolving.  if you haven't been there since it was Crush, get over there!!
I'm too drunk to eat this chicken - Col Sanders

Ohhkristin, cocktail hour in the lounge is every Tuesday - Saturday, 4PM - 7PM.  Half price glasses of wine, including our constantly rotating, always cool & interesting house wine selections (which are normally only five bucks, so that's $2.50).  Half price draft beers - current lineup is Spaten Optimater, Hoegaarden, Maudite, Stella, Bass, and Guinness.  Half price signature cocktails like the Pear Jalapeno Margarita and Blood Orange Martini, plus a couple new, summery options - Le Roi, which is a take on an Arnold Palmer featuring house-infused Secret Garden tea vodka, and the Orsay Pimm's (you can view the full cocktail list on the website, although it's a little out of date as of this writing - should be updated within a couple days).

We also offer a selection of menu items at cocktail hour pricing which is available from 4-7, plus the full menu is available from 5 o'clock on...

And, that $115 will save Jacksonville from financial ruin. - Mayor John Peyton

Not sure exactly what qualifies the current beer lineup as "weird"?  Granted, the draft lineup is all European (except Maudite, which is French [Candadian :-)]), in line with our overall concept (try to keep up with the compound punctuation).  We only operate six taps, but we've got a full selection of bottles as well.  Our focus does admittedly run more toward our cocktail program and our wine list.  That being said, the I've always thought that the draft selections covered all the stylistic bases...  On the light side, there's a Belgian wheat, a Belgian pilsner, and an English ale.  On the richer side, there's Guinness (possibly the finest beer produced in all the world), a German doppelbock, and the aforementioned Maudite (which is Quebecois, but would probably be classified as a Belgian style dubbel), which speaks strongly to our philosophy of mixing classic French bistro dishes with a little bit of influence from our home...

mtrain, given your current profile pic, email me and I'll commit to having Schlitz around just for you, if you like (I'm not hard to find).  For that matter, tell Elijah I told you I want him to develop a Schlitz based cocktail...

In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

JaxNole

Do you have a name yet for this cocktail-o-Schlitz?

Dog Walker

May I suggest "Idiot's Delight."

Me and my lady went here recently. Lived up to the hype IMHO.

I would be shocked and appalled if someone wanted to alter the delicious, delicate flavor of my beloved Schlitz! "just a kiss of the hops!"
