You guys probably knew the restaurant Crush (next to yesterdays on Park St.) that closed a few months ago. If not...wha eva. Anyway, my good friend Jon Insetta and Husband and Wife team Brian Siebenschuh and Crystal Vessels (yes, love the porn name) are re-opening the joint with a more comfortable feel and expanded menu as Restaurant Orsay and we have some awesome "teasers".

I have eaten there twice but really need to check out Happy hour... :)
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

Happy hour was good.  Probably one of the best places in town for raw oysters... I still prefer Marks Happy hour tho...

Sounds great.
Where do they get their oysters ?

Brian Siebenschuh

We generally offer three or four different oysters at any given time - cold water oysters from the West Coast (either Washington State or British Columbia) and East Coast (anywhere from Virginia up to Prince Edward Island), and a gulf oyster - Apalachicola or Louisiana.  The barbecue was a success, turn out was more than we expected, so thanks to anybody on this board that came out - I hope you had a good time.

Stop talking about Orsay!  The more you talk, the more likely the people from Orange-Tucky will find out and start rolling up 17 to fill up the parking spots with mini-vans and crocs.

(Love the place though.  Happy hour prices rock and the lounge was a brilliant idea)

What is Orsay's happy hour like? I haven't been in there since the location was Crush but I keep meaning to try it out...
