There was a Primate Research facility just outside Orange Park way back when . (True!)
Kinda " shadowy ".
There is a story once often told and speculated during a period of Clay and Orange Park dominance, growth aspirations...... Primates escaped.... Intermingling....... a hint to at least how two Clay County Commissioners behaved.
