Hate absolutely everything about how this process has gone - particularly the lack of transparency and jerking around Leftwich - but will be over the moon if we end up with Spielman as EVP, Pederson as head coach, and a lame duck Baalke who will probably be out by next year. If we are somehow able to pull in Fangio as DC and Bisaccia as special teams coordinator, that sounds like as close to a best-case scenario as we're gonna get with Baalke polluting the search.

Loved the idea of Leftwich as the head coach.

Wasn't as crazy about pairing up a first-time head coach with a first-time GM.

Glad it's (almost) over.

All the refreshing hasn't been good for my mental health.

I'm pretty happy with the pick.  I hope they can find some good coaches and start picking some great talent to help Trevor.  I sure all Jaguar fans are hopeful.

Listening to 1010XL today, and all the call in guest's who had first hand knowledge of Pederson in Philly, I am convinced we got the best, most qualified candidate for this job.

O line if a great prospect is there. The best defense is an offense that can run and pass....control the clock, keep the other team off the field.

That is very interesting.  The scope of the Jacksonville training facility is much less, but this is something to keep in mind when the stadium incentive request comes.

From what I've seen there is a lot of green space.  A football field is about an acre and a half, so even with 5 fields, a large team facility and a few acres for parking, that still only takes up about 20 acres.  It sounds like a lot of the land is intended to be developed into mixed use in a later phase.
