Vino's is getting a restaurant and Zeus is getting a jazz club, both on the same block! I had to do a double take after reading the story you posted earlier about the jazz club.

Hopefully these two will help to really wake up that block.

The commercial area in that part of San Marco Blvd seems to be slowly but surely improving over the last few years. Hope they do well.

At this point, San Marco far more appealing than Downtown.

A lot less vagrants to dodge these days.  Downtown was empty before covid and now..... eeeek.
