True both are on streets filled with chain stores already.

I don't think either should be protested. Wawa is an improvement for what its replacing. Now with the Dollar General, I do wonder if this is a site where you'd want the parking behind the building. It is the corridor that directly ties Murray Hill into Riverside. On the Riverside side of the tracks, they would have more guidance on the development of the property.
