The bloody block behind UF Health Jax is sketchy.  I'd consider N Edgewood to be working class. Also, they said the same thing about U Street in DC and Ybor in Tampa, back in the early 1990s. IMO, all of Edgewood in Murray Hill has great potential right now.

Edgewood from Roosevelt all the way to I-10 has a ton of potential. The area northwest of the Murray Hill Theatre is pretty much a blank canvas right now.
