Well Ramsey put on an impressive show.  He won't make it to pick 5.

You never know.

DB's are not considered a premium position and rarely go in the top 4. Quarterbacks, left tackles and pass rushers.

CB is most certainly a premium position in this NFL. QBs and Pass rushers are still there, but LT has been diminished.  CB franchise tag is higher than LT.  Left tackle used to be so important because defenses lined up their best pass rusher there.  But now defenses move pass rushers all over, in addition to having better overall better DLinemen than OLinemen (trend from High school and college), teams can now run more maneuvers on the DL to attack weakest points, not just LT.
So I said to him: Arthur, Artie come on, why does the salesman have to die? Change the title; The life of a salesman. That's what people want to see.

The Jags said adios to Chris Clemons and Zane Beadles. Not really a surprise.

The players that's RUMORED to come to the Jags are SEA's Bruce Irvin (LB) and DEN's Malik Jackson (DE). That would be awesome if it's true.

From everything we read, it seems like Malik Jackson is the number one target for this team.

I know this is kind of old news but I'd like to give a shout out to former Jaguars corner Rashean Mathis who retires after a solid 13 year career with the NFL. He was a good cover corner for the Jags and showed great leadership as a veteran on the Lions. Truly a class act. Congratulations, Rashean!

^He played for the Jax Giants a week ago. My friends were at the game and said he was pretty good.

I like it we have to find a way to get to the passer and I don't just want to rely on essentially a rookie and another guy coming off injury,

Per BCC, it's a 6 year, $90M deal with $42M guaranteed.

Getting some running game help with the addition of former Jets RB Chris Ivory. Looks like the end for Toby...

^^^Yeah, Gerhart's demise in Jax was inevitable. The Jags made some nice moves so far with Ivory and Jackson.

I never saw Toby as a feature back. I saw him as a veteran transition player while the Jags revamped the roster. The day he signed his deal I figured it would be his only one here.
