http://floridapolitics.com/archives/182485-will-the-jacksonville-city-council-investigate-kim-daniels     According our our confidential source and the documents we have seen provided by the confidential source the information is accurate. This has only been said after our attorney reviewed the information and approved our statement publicly. We could care less about the divorce but residence is the issue in this article and our statements.

First Stephen I was no where the incident you are talking about with MAB. I have stated my non support for him prior due to his lack of movement on LGBT issues. At this point I have seen some movement on these issues and therefore changed my position on MAB. Nothing more than MAB evidently evolving on the issues thus gaining my support for him. As for the Daniels divorce we are concerned with the residence issue as I have stated. I would hope that any citizen in Jacksonville would appreciate being informed about a sitting City Council Person that may or may not have the proper residence requirement. That will be left up the courts to decide. I lay out the facts no matter where the come from for the people to decide and make their own decisions. If some ask my person opinion I will gladly provide my personal opinion.

I agree, the best remedy to this whole situation would be to elect Anna Brosche on May 19.  That's my firm hope of the outcome.

Meanwhile, the TU has picked up on Tony's thread: http://jacksonville.com/news/metro/2015-05-05/story/despite-constituent-requests-jacksonville-councilman-hesitant

Thanks for the share Jimmy.  The price of the "church" owned home blows my mind in that Daniels claims to be a pastor of the down on their luck.  It makes me wonder how a ministry for the poor and broken can support such a property along with 30 vehicles?  Lot's of questions considering the man who was married to her says she does not respect the rules of corporate finances and uses that money for private expenses. He should certainly have some insight into that.  In any case as you said, hopefully it will be resolved by the election of Anna Brosche, but it is my guess the issue of the GI bill, potential tax evasion will not be ignored going forward.

It wasn't one, but both of the homes that are church owned.

Here's the link to Home Loan section on the VA website with benefits, eligibility, etc: http://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/

I'm a Veteran, but I haven't used this particular program yet, so I'm not sure as to which part that she used. Although, my gut swings to the Cash Out Refinance Loan.

"Within the divorce documents she states she receives no salary from the ministries and only has her income from city council. The Davie home has over a $3,000 monthly mortgage that is through the GI Bill, which requires that the property with GI mortgage must be her primary residence."

I think it's quite ingenious to say she 'receives no salary from the ministries" but the ministry owns all her property, cars, and other lifestyle tools.  How does this get by?

So are you for a crusty old republican or against another crazy democrat. She is the norm of the Dems.

Its not unusual for a business owner to place certain assets in the name of the firm they own to reduce their taxes. On the flip side they are required to generate the income necessary to support these company expenses.

As long as it is reported correctly, it is legal.

Now if the person is using company funds for personal use and not reporting it, that is something else.

Actually, you cannot quit claim the deed on a GI home which she did.  She also tells her constituents that she gives all of her council salary to the poor via helping with food, clothing etc and they believe her.  Yet she claims she lives off of her council salary.  None of it ads up.  If a complaint is made to the FBI, especially concerning a city official they will look into it.  If they find any red flags the will look further.  The thing is these types of investigations take a lot of time.  I once had one that took two and a half years to find resolution.  There are strict requirements under the GI bill for home ownership.  If she misused that money she will face serious problems and they may come as a result of what her soon to be ex husband shares in the process of this divorce.

I'm viewing her 'ministry" as different from a business which pays taxes.

QuoteMeet New York Giants' David Tyree's Anti-Gay 'Spiritual Mother,' Who Says Jews 'Own Everything'

Quote
"You can talk about the Holocaust, but the Jews, they own everything!" blared Apostle Kimberly Daniels, who is part of an extreme Christian movement, the New Apostolic Reformation, which believes in a complete takeover of government. Following "7 Mountains" theology, the belief is that Christians must control -- and place individuals at the top of -- the seven pillars of society, from government and media to the worlds of business and entertainment, including sports. Daniels, an African-American woman, is also thankful for slavery, saying in the same sermon, "If it wasn't for slavery, I might be somewhere in Africa, worshiping a tree." The belief regarding the Holocaust and slavery appears to be that only by experiencing these horrors are groups "paid back" or rewarded by God.

This week, in an incredible report, Rachel Tabachnick at Political Research Associates unearthed the New York Giants' David Tyree's business and religious connections to Daniels, his "spiritual mother," and her radical movement. The Giants' recent hiring of former player Tyree as director of player development came under intense criticism last week, including by the Human Rights Campaign in a strongly worded press release, and by me, because of his past anti-gay advocacy, homophobic statements and belief that gays can be turned straight. Daniels is also at the forefront of the Christian extremists attacking LGBT rights and believes that homosexuals can pray away the gay. Here are excerpts from "Confession to Come Out of Homosexuality/Lesbianism" from her 2009 book, Prayers That Bring Change:

I no longer conform to and subject myself under the words and authority of the homosexual agenda. ... I repent for all the people I have recruited to join this army of darkness. ... I come against the vision of the rainbow that represented a covenant between the devil and me.
