Had my first taste of Corner Bakery in DC yesterday actually. Really good food & pastries, and way better than Panera or Einsteins for the same price. Excited!

Construction on Regency Center's Shoppes on Riverside continues at 150 Riverside Avenue. Announced tenants in the 49,870 square foot retail center include Fresh Market, Zoes Kitchen, The Hair Cuttery, and Jacksonville's first Corner Bakery Café. Furthermore, the owners of M Shack have signed a letter of intent to open a restaurant at the shopping center. The $14.7 million Brooklyn-area retail center is expected to open in Fall 2014.

Didn't this change, and now they're going into Five Points?

Will Carlson Dental be the first retail space that is occupied in that garage on Riverside?

Yeah - how long has that 501 Riverside retail strip been 100% vacant? Is this the first sign of the effect of all the development across the street? It seems like "everyone is watching" those Brooklyn ventures. Now that it is pre-leasing, any sense of how well 220 is doing?

Just an oversight that has been corrected. They're going to Five Points Village now.

Hourglass Pub is now open....and I really doubt the Parador garage will be done before late fall...they haven't even gone vertical yet.

I noticed activity at the Beaver street villas recently. Hopefully they're back in business.

Also, any update on the Judge & Jury place that was supposed to go in the old Free Mason building next to the courthouse?

Man, i cant believe that infill apartment project that included a publix on hendricks just off the san marco square has died again.  I know it is financial issues but that just seems like one of the most valuable vacant infill opportunities in the city.  Already an outstanding neighborhood just can't believe its still vacant.  Anyone have any more details on that one?

I believe their stance is to wait to see how the similar projects in Brooklyn perform before proceeding. So, looking at another few years at least before completion.

I was in Italy for two month, so I am kind of out of the loop, but has anything progressed on the Barnett building and the Trio?  When I left, it seemed like this was all about to finally go down.

To echo tufsu1's comment, I was on the Skyway today, and there's nothing above ground level, except some piles of dirt, at the Parador site.  Unless they are going to chopper in a complete garage, there's no way it will be open this August.

Construction on #5 the Beaver Street Villas has finally restarted. I've seen significant activity there the last 3-4 days.

Glad to hear the Beaver St project is finally moving forward. Always good to see one of the few remaining LaVilla buildings put to a new use.
