Lenny Curry, former chairman of the Florida Republican Party, filed Tuesday morning to challenge Democratic Mayor Alvin Brown in next year's election.

Considering who his major backers are, he should be fine with the expansion of the HRO to include LGBT persons.

I doubt Curry is going to take much of a stand on anything.  He punted on the issue of raising taxes to fund pension reform too (said he wants to look at government expenditures first).
