Good to hear. I can't wait to hear more about his platform.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

pierre

Lets hope he sticks to real problems within the city and leaves the social red herrings at home. We don't need more Mike Hogan/abortion clinic bombing embarassments.

Tacachale

Well, we're certainly not lacking embarrassments right now.

Well, let's hope he embraces Mayor Brown's (not-so-good) leadership as chief party planner  :-[

Considering who his major backers are, he should be fine with the expansion of the HRO to include LGBT persons.

Stephen

I would appreciate some good Republican fiscal leadership but I certainly do not want the First Baptist anti- LGBT foolishness...

Tacachale

^You'd be hard pressed to get a worse track record on LGBT issues than Alvin Brown.

I agree.....that is why I will never vote for him...He is an opportunist who will say anything to get elected.

So given a chance to talk about how he felt about an expanded HRO, Lenny punted.

Not a good sign Lenny.  Not a good sign.

I doubt Curry is going to take much of a stand on anything.  He punted on the issue of raising taxes to fund pension reform too (said he wants to look at government expenditures first).
