Anyone know anything about the old Cozy Tea space on Park in 5 Points?  Looks like it is being turned into some kind of bar or restaurant?

Damned food trucks. They are such a negative. We need to find a way to restrict market rate growth and job creation that doesn't require public subsidies ;)

I think we need to regulate this... think of all the possible bad things that might happen to other B&M businesses.  There are countless scenarios where this business could, possibly, conceivably, forsee-ably harm other businesses in the area.  ;)

What's next? Vibrant neighborhoods with locally owned restuarants that evolve from food trucks?!?

New jobs, retail sales, vibrant street life, new life for old buildings.   

We are witnessing the downfall of HACKsonville.
