As for this case, it's kind of hard to figure things out when you have multiple men's DNA simultaneously swimming around in your pants. Ladies, use this as a lesson. Downing five vodka drinks in a single night around several beans and weenies is probably a bad idea.

She had TWO sets of DNA. One was her boyfriends who the DA said she admitted to having had sex with.

I spent five years in college in that same exact city and enjoyed myself just as much as any other kid in town.  Some how, I (and thousands of other students) avoided getting caught up in a crazy situation like this.  Yes, I know a lot more now than I knew when I was 19 but I wasn't a dummy either.

Then why aren't you admonishing Winston (or men in general) for having sex with a wasted girl? If there wasn't a rape then he's just as guilty of getting himself involved in the craziness as she is.

True. However, I did admonish Winston's activity earlier today before the news came out:

It was a few hours later so let's assume it was double .04 still in no way wasted.  That is people thinking what they want to think. The same with the statement of the cop warning the girls lawyer about the difficulty of prosecution.  Somehow that is spun as intimidation really with her lawyer who by the way already expressed that worry? Her lawyer should be able to have tough conversations.  The accuser's fuzzy selective memory seems very convenient in the light of no substance being present to cause such a phenomenon.
