This is one of the little things that combines into a big heap of mess that hurts the revitalization of commercial districts all across this city.  This would be an example of throwing the baby out with the bath water when it comes to addressing the topics of billboards and signage.

Also an issue of selective enforcement. MCCD devotes like 80% of their time to demolishing one neighborhood, unfortunately Springfield seems to be held to a far higher (and unreasonable) standard than basically everywhere else.
