Hopefully Victoria doesn't assault any flight attendants on the way over.

The only "hope" he's bringing is the hope that you're going to give him money to pay the property tax on his 10.1 million dollar house.

I have flown for years and sometimes flight attendants can be a real pain in the seat of my pants!

Joel O'Steen is a total phony. Thats my opinion & Im sticking to it.

However, if others choose to give up their money to buy his books, go see him, etc., that is their choice.

I have nothing against people who shop at Winn-Dixie, so how can I dislike those who like Joel O'Steen? ;)

Maybe its best to let Joel Osteen speak

Joel Osteen, a Texas Evangelical megachurch televangelist, says that gays are bullied because they are letting bullies steal their power. Pastor Osteen also suggests that homosexuals are not whole persons, and that if they are loved enough they will stop being gay. Osteen repeatedly has stated his belief that homosexuality is a sin, but that it is no greater sin than any other in the Bible.

“They don’t have to let people steal their power, especially all the bullying, things that we see going on with that,” Joel Osteen says. Apparently, a positive attitude and projecting empowerment is all that LGBTQ and -perceived youth and teens need to stop bullies from beating the crap out of them, and forcing them into suicide contemplation.

In an interview with the Washington Post’s Sally Quinn, Osteen, pushing his latest book, “Every Day a Friday: How to Be Happier 7 Days a Week.” Osteen’s publisher notes that the title “comes from research that shows people are happiest on Fridays. Pastor Joel Osteen writes how we can generate this level of contentment and joy every day of the week.”

Igor Volsky at Think Progress offers this transcript:

Somebody that maybe had this certain difficulty now, maybe in five years they’re not if we will love them. You know, I think one of the messages I speak on sometimes is, you know, we can love people back into wholeness. But sometimes we want to beat them down â€" you got this addiction and you shouldn’t have that, or you did this â€" I just don’t think that’s the best way.

Volsky notes, “Osteen said that he would attend a same-sex marriage but wouldn’t officiate it, before adding, ‘we’re all growing, we’re all changing.’ ‘Somebody who has a certain difficulty now, maybe they won’t in five years. You know, one of the messages I speak to is, you can love people into wholeness’.”
"WATCH: Joel Osteen: I’m Not Out To Bash Anyone But… Yes, Homosexuality Is A Sin" This from fox news (Houston megachurch Pastor Joel Osteen has said numerous times that he believes being gay is a sin in accordance with his understanding of Christian scripture.

In an appearance on Fox News Sunday, Osteen further discussed his position on being gay by telling host Chris Wallace that he "doesn't dislike anybody" and believes gays are some of "most loving people in the world," despite his strongly held conviction that homosexuality is a sin.

"I believe the scripture says that being gay is a sin. But, you know, every time I say that, Chris … people say, well, you are a gay hater and you’re a gay basher," Osteen told Wallace during the interview. "I'm not. I don't - I don't dislike anybody. Gays are some of the nicest, kindest, most loving people in the world. But my faith is based on what I believe the scripture says, and that's the way I read the scripture.”) http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/02/joel-osteen-being-gay-is-a-sin-fox-news_n_1471247.html

Please forgive me MJ people, but Joel Osteen is a charlatan, and he's full of sh#t.  I know it.  You know it. And he knows it.  And if there was a god looking down kindly upon us, he would know it.  So please, let's all just agree on this and get on with our work.

I did a stint in downtown Houston... You guys think FBC has a footprint?

I bet he has a bitchin' camero too.

You don't get goodies like 10 million dollar mansions and ten million square ft churches by doing nothing. He's selling GOD POWER. (If only I could find the recipe and bottle that stuff)

Haters gonna hate.
