SPAR: Our #1 problem is "Rooming Houses"

I do not have anything to say about the rooming houses...  If the majority of Springfield is ok with them, then SPAR can take a hike as far as I am concerned....

When it comes to the Park View Inn???   Can anyone reason to me how that building can be made into anything usable??  Seriously...Does that area need a parking Garage?   Will a Hotel work in the renovated building?  Does the cost justify the means? 

If someone would park a wrecking ball next to it, I would make that eyesore a pile of busted up concrete in a flash.. That would be an improvement to what is standing there presently.
