1407 Riverplace Blvd?

So I've been looking on Craig's List for apts, and I've stumbled across several all utilities included units at 1407 Riverplace Blvd. This seems a little too good to be true, does anyone have any info on this address. i tried to Bing it.. but not much came up.

I tried to do that, but i wasnt able to find the specific address. Even Google Maps couldnt find it.... i wonder if its that building across from the Strand?

It can't be San Marco Place, they have an even address. It is The Strand, The Peninsula is 1431 Riverplace.

That address doesn't ring a bell, maybe they listed it wrong.

The Peninsula is 1431 and the Strand is 1401. And they're right next to each other, I want to say there is no 1407 Riverplace Blvd, could be wrong though.

Across the street is San Marco Place @ 1300 Riverplace.

It's a scam. I had emailed those listing a few months ago for a friend. I got a response back from someone who wanted me to complete their credit application riddled with all sorts of personal info.

Also, after looking at the pictures in the ad I believe I noticed some mountains in the background lol

All the units are drastically different but supposedly at the same address.

Im sorry, Im not seeing either the racism or the scam.

While I cannot see what any scam might be, other than identity theft, I can attest that those pictures were not taken from inside The Strand or The Penninsula.
