Bombs over Springfield...

At 9:07 this morning I heard 2 loud noises.  They sounded like they could have been 2 explosions maybe a half-second apart and a ground tremor could be felt.  Luckily I'm not crazy since the neighbor I was speaking to also heard it and another opened a window from the second story of his house to ask us "What the hell was THAT?!"  We were near the corner of 8th and Silver when this happened.  The noises could have come from Shands but no one could really tell, Doppler Effect and all.

Did anyone else hear this?!

Ah, the Discovery landing was this morning.  Buzzkill.  I was hoping things were getting live in Hampsterdam!

I clearly felt those booms in my swivel chair on the second floor here in 5-Points.
I'm glad they didn't have to land at Edwards AFB. That is a major pain in the ass when they have to transport everybody and everything back to the Cape.
