Works for me!  Hopefully these guys turn this area around with these complexes.  That part of Philips needs all the help it can get.

It's good to see these coming in.  Hopefullly it'll be a catalyst for some improvement on the north end of the hooker highway.

Here's a shot looking north at a bit of the construction

There's an excavator on the San Marco Crossing site, they might be getting ready to start demo of the houses currently on site.

They already taken out several single family homes, including one I owned a few years ago. From what I can see all that's left are the First Assembly of God structures, which are pretty big.

Looks like construction is in full swing now.  They are tearing down the church now and appear to be starting site work on other areas.  Lots of excavators on site.

Is there room in the big industrial mall at Philips and Emerson for a nice grocery store?

And where will these folks go grocery shopping?

They will suffer like the rest of us and have to go maybe 3 miles to Publix,Fresh Market,Winn Dixie, or Walmart. Brutal...but we manage.

High Class Problem. Few have moved away due to such "Hardship".

Great Place!!

Looks like the site plan for San Marco Crossing has changed some.  Looks like they've eliminated the townhomes and expanded the size of the southern building.  I guess they were able to purchase those hold out properties.
