Nice try, but that is the opposing fans section.  Not Season ticket holders.

Probably was the Toledo game IIRC.

As you can see in this picture where the opposing fans are seated @ BHG.

Here is some season ticket holder sections you may be familiar with

Come on dude...everyone knows that when an opposing team doesn't request their full allotment of tickets, they are then sold to home fans. If there is demand, those seats are full. Highly doubt the "visitor" section was empty when Florida played teams that don't bring fans a few years ago.

Actually most of FSU's season ticket holders are on the opposite side of the picture. That picture shows the top of the student section (to the left) which comes late to games, and the gap to the right is the away section. Where clearly there wasn't demand.

And yea, of course we had some poorly attended games against cupcakes a few years ago. Wait to see UF's homecoming crowd this weekend, or even worse against Georiga Southern.

First Game noon kickoff, not always the biggest draw.  And sure the walkup demand is down for the Gators, no doubt.

Look, I brought up a valid point about FSU's bandwagon ramping up, and many fans who didn't give a damn about getting tickets to the UF game until FSU started looking so good and UF looking so bad are now wanting to go and I get pictures of away team allotments trying to act as if UF doesn't sell plenty of tickets.

FSU in good and bad times have a hard time selling out, sans UF and UM.

Congrats to you for not selling your tickets.

Thanks but I don't have much issue with getting rid of any extras.

Seriously though, why would you want to buy tickets in the Gator sections anyways?  Anytime I have had to sit near opposing fans they aren't very friendly and seem pretty pissed when I cheer for the Gators.  I just get my tix from UF and sit in the visitors sections for away games.

Don't fight boys, BOTH your empty seats are equally pretty. And there's sure to be even more of them next year  ;D

Um. No. FSU has averaged 77,679 this season with the worst home schedule of games ever and we don't fudge our attendence numbers like a lot of programs. Next year we have Florida, Clemson, and Notre Dame at home...and a pretty amazing QB and talent. People are already lining up to get their season tickets.

Of the top 10 highest attended games at Doak (all above capacity), only 5 are UF and UM. Last year both Clemson and BC games were sellouts.

CityLife

Gators312, you probably don't want to go down the attendence road after what's going to happen in the next few weeks at the Swamp.

Is that because you count the tickets yourself?  How do you know they don't "fudge" the numbers like a lot of programs?

And I can go down the attendance road if you want to compare your 6-6 seasons with ours this year. The average attendance will be 10k higher than FSUs  And with the "great" QB and perfect record so far why are there still seats available on the FSU website?

Even with a heisman and a NC game appearance FSU will not sell out their season tickets in 2014.

And the more I type the more attendance smack talk feels pathetic.

CityLife

Only a Gator fan would engage in trash talk during a horrible season. Dude, just put your head down, eat some humble pie and go away.

Guys like you are the reason my friends and I used to waltz into Gainesville and have our way with your women back in college.

I seriously doubt I would be interested in any of the ladies you are chasing.

FSU fans smack talked and cheered for Alabama and anyone else who played the Gators during your down years.

And don't worry I have had my share of girls in Tally.  They seemed much easier.

Thank God it's Basketball season...

Hahaha gotta love college football. Apparently spending so much time watching a game played by 21-year-old boys makes you talk like one.

You're probably right. I'd take the 8's and 9's, while you went for the 5's and 6's.

You can definitely find more easy party girls in Tallahassee, but that's not what I'm talking about.
