Its funny, as I was admiring how much nicer some of these projects are compared to past Southside projects, I was thinking to myself how Peyton's mayoral tenure must have been good for the family business (not that I didn't already know that)...and then it was confirmed.

"Gate Petroleum is in the process of building a new gas station at the intersection of Town Center Parkway and St. Johns Bluff Road near Interstate 295 East Beltway."

No problem.  I believe the site is right and the picture is right.  However, the caption isn't undated. I'll check it out.

It's interesting how some of the apartment projects are trying to look urban in a suburban area. I guess definition of an edge city. Actually I like how Hawthorne is built up to street with parking hidden and looks more like houses than apartments.
