Land Clearing on San Pablo Road, south of Beach Blvd...

They've began clearing a rather large tract of land on San Pablo Road, just behind the vacant Winn Dixie at San Pablo Road/Beach Blvd. intersection.  Anyone have any ideas what they're up to?  I imagine something either residential or perhaps an assisted living center.

Not sure but I wish something could be done with old W/D. Outside of the new Hobby lobby and Al's Pizza, the center is empty.

You forgot about  whatever the Wings place name is! But your right not much there since Winn Dixie moved out! Going back even further...........Hobby Lobby used to be a Wal Mart and unsure just why they moved out since they were always hopping and bopping! Parking lot was always full and store had many customers!
