I hope thirdeye and Intuition Ale Works experience success soon.  Bold City could use some competition (especially for their brown ale and stout).

And I hope that brewery success could be located at School #4. Plenty of space, magnificent structure, customers could park under the I-10/95 overpass…

Oh right, $$$$

What about the old Fuel Coffehouse in 5 points? There is also a nice empty space over in Park and King a few doors north of Pizza Palace. Since it seems be trending more upscale, I think San Marco is more in need of a place like this http://www.thewineroomonline.com/

Bewler,

Is PS #4 Annie Lytle? A perfect location for a brew pub. You might enlist the alleged ghosts to assist in the brewing process.  8)

Intuition Ale Works and Thirdeye are one in the same. I have decided I want to stay on my side of the river.

Annie Lytle could be a really cool place to have a brewery...but Fuel is already wired for serious Brew production....Look on the back of the building for a view of the serious conduit.

Yes it is. I always forget it's real name.

That's a good idea about the ghosts actually. You could have one beer brand called the haunted brew or something and give it an appropriate theme.

A micro-brew in Jacksonville would be great.  I just visited Portland, Or. and that city is filled with good local beers.  Good luck.

In case you didnt know, Bold City Brewery in Riverside already gives Jax a great micro-brew.
