Great win.  They are definately doing a lot better than my spineless Dolphins.

Lake, it's just unbearable to think that the Dolphins are my #1 team (Jags are my #2), and they are as pathetic as any team could ever be. I now think that Huizenga, the most idiotic franchise owner in the NFL, is trying to sabotage the team and move it to LA. You know what? As much as it hurts for me to say, I would be all for it! The Jags would end up becoming my #1 team, and when we move there, my family will become part of the Jax football tradition!

I doubt the Dolphins will be moving from Miami to LA.  Like LA, the market is too big to go without an NFL team.  Unlike LA, the Dolphins have a storied history in South Florida and some great rivalries in the AFC East.  Plus Huizenga is pooring money into the stadium.  Imo, bad coaching and poor drafts over the past five years have done them in and its going to take a couple of seasons to put a decent team back on the field again.

As for the Jags, hopefully the winning will lead to a deep playoff run this year and a sting of sellouts in the future.

The irony would be seeing the Pats go undefeated the same year the Dolphins go winless.  That'll likely humble the '76 Dolphins players.  Well, probably not.  :)

Or we can see the both streaks end this Sunday on the same field, preserving the 72' season?

Good point, Lake, but remember the Cleveland Browns? Nobody expected the owner to send them to Baltimore, but it happened. Luckily, traditionalists still wanted the Browns in Cleveland, and the team was reborn. Granted, the one huge argument against moving the Fins is the $$$ being poured into Joe Robbie Stadium (the name which should NEVER be changed!), but how many boneheaded moves has Huizenga done as far as making this team a contender as it is? I agree with you, since Shula was forced into retirement, the franchise has made one bad decision after another. It started with Jimmy Johnson, but it really snowballed with Wannstedt, Saban, and now Cameron. I used to support Cameron as the coach...now, I believe he should be fired. No coach should ever go winless in a league that is supposed to have some parity in talent. As for the streak, more conspiracy theories would abound that the league fixes games if the Fins beat the Pats, and I'm beginning to feel that the Fins will go 0-16 because they are that inept. If Huizenga has any brains, he will fire Cameron if the team succeeds in total imperfection.

As for the Jags, I'm hoping for them to win it all. Fred Taylor was quoted as saying that the playoffs are not just what they want...they want the Super Bowl championship. They have their goal, and if they keep playing like they did yesterday, they can achieve it!

not really possible....Miami is playing Baltimore and the Pats are playing the Jets

I guess I missed it by the week.  Baltimore has a pretty bad offense, so maybe they can pull an upset before heading up to New England next week.

GO JAGS! Great game against the Squeelers

Good win by the Jags, who are starting to peak at the right time and finally my Dolphins pull off the upset.  Now I just need the Pats to drop one of their last two.

The Jags really were impressive today. It is nice to have the NFL here and the sports district looks great.
