I have a sort of doubtful feeling about any one claiming to be a major developer and then misspelling the text of the announcements:

BLACK HAMMOCK:
"Consists of 800 acres in Northern Florida, near Jacksonville, with extensive marsh and intercostals waterway. It is a pristine never developed forest, surrounded by Pumpkin Hill Reserve and the Tumachen Reserve. It will be developed into 174-200 estate style lots that overlook the Marsh. The property is in the development stage."

Several LOI’s have been received, and negotiations are ongoing, with several national developers and Ben Carter Properties is in contract to build a 1.8 million sq ft mall on the site.

Yeah, we'll see this in about 20 years.

That was to be where "Esplande" was going to be built.  Consider it dead.

Also, every other St. Augustine property listed on that site seems to be either on hold or dead.
