I think the website is down because SPAR sold the SPAR building including the server to BMLR for more low end housing. This was after they discovered that the zoning ordinance actually doesn't require 300sqft, but 3.00 sqft per resident (yet another scriveners error). The SPAR building will be a new polonium-certified LEED building as it will be entirely powered by the body heat and excrement of the 5,000 people living in it as a new example of high density zero-commute living.

After an initial review and an Letter of Opinion from someone who may or may not matter, some suburban design elements may be added. For example the building may be put on wheels to make it more efficient and mass transit compliant.

Actually, if we had to start using "messengers," to deliver information, it would make perfect sense, from an operational efficiency standpoint, to utilize any found wandering around the neighborhood already. A messenger could ask for their fix, negotiate to camp in someone's doorway with their "lady friend," and offer the latest news from SPAR at the same time...
