A new mixed use project will be breaking ground in Jacksonville, early 2009 off of New Berlin Road, just east of 9A.  The development will consist of dry rack boat storage and a 36 slip marina.  The main building will house a first floor restaurant and ship store,  a second floor restaurant/bar with a huge balcony and deck, 6 two story lofts and two flats on the third floor, all overlooking the  St Johns River and Blount Island.  Essentially, a sport fisherman’s paradise.
