I drive by the stadium about once a week. I honestly don't know how they are going to play games there this fall. The playoff game was a logistical nightmare. I can't imagine how bad this season will be.

Those are for the roof (and lights eventually).  See where the lights are now.  Thats where they will be for this season.

Looking at this, Jun 17 at 8:03am they are testing the lights sitting at the bottom of the 400 level.

Noticed the lights in the 400 level when I drove by this morning.

Cool to see the transformation going on at the stadium.

Also, does anyone know the status of the Cafe shell building at Riverfront Plaza?

The RFP has been closed for a couple of months now, and I haven't heard anything about who put in a submittal, who won, and what a timeframe for opening might be.

I believe a quality local restaurateur is in the drivers seat. Should be good.

^ from what I hear, they expect the space to be occupied by the fall

Seems to be work of some type picking back up at the Independent Life building this week.

Following Wells Fargo, I see that they are renaming the Bank of America tower to a generic name as BoA has reduced footprint and not interested in retaining naming rights.  I recall the building at 70% occupancy was cited.  So much available space in downtown towers today.  I recall the Everbank building was hovering toward 24% or so if they move out.
