Not to nitpick, but I will .  It would appear this is on the geographic western bank of the St. Johns.  If compared to the rest of Downtown, I guess one could say it is on the "eastern bank."

Nonetheless, another interesting article on an overlooked quaint and historic neighborhood.  Thanks for sharing.

Speaking of transportation ... wasn't there a Fairfield to Monterey/Arlington?

Not to nitpick, but I will .  It would appear this is on the geographic western bank of the St. Johns.  If compared to the rest of Downtown, I guess one could say it is on the "eastern bank."

Ennis, FYI, just noticed it still says "Eastern"  .  Historians in the future will be looking for Fairfield, unable to find it like the original Ft. Caroline  .
