The owners of Norikase are opening a waterfront restaurant in One Riverside

A new sushi destination is poised to join the One Riverside development, Jacksonville's long-awaited mixed-use business district.

Pearl Hospitality Group — the same group that operates the celebrated Norikase Japanese seafood restaurant near the St. Johns Town Center — has signed a lease to bring its newest concept to Jacksonville's waterfront: Norikawa, Colliers Senior Associate Olivia Steinemann confirmed to the Business Journal Thursday.

The restaurant will reside in a 4,149-square-foot space along the Riverwalk and feature a 2,500-square-foot patio, Steinemann wrote in a social media post.
