Iguana San Marco

When the San Marco Theatre was gutted I told my wife that they should open the previously attempted Flying Iguana there.  Looks like they took my advice.

Still tough to see the theater gone, but this should be a good use!

Was this a need? No.

Will it likely succeed, keep that block active, and bring people to the square? Yes. 

I feel that this is a mixed bag for the neighborhood.  Once this and the brewery are open, it's going to be quite the scene.
