Jax has lots of these themed areas.

Some others are:

San Souci area: Named after a developer's family members:  Saul, Nathan, Lou, Randy, Sam, Una.... so many more.  Family names are a common occurrence all over town.  The most obvious example is Kernan and Hodges, the first and last names of the wife of developer Hodges as I recall.  Of course, lots of Skinner and Peyton family names around for the same reason.

In Ortega, you have Harvard, Yale and Princeton along with Iconic, Doric and Corinthian columns and Iroquois, Algonquin, Apache, Arapahoe and Cherokee.

More trees in San Marco with Holly, Maple, Laurel, Elder, Arbor and White Oak and, in Miramar, Rosewood, Birchwood, Peachtree, Pinewood and Redwood.

This could be an endless search... :)

In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

When my wife and I were looking at houses a few years ago, we found a small neighborhood off Kernan by UNF where streets are named after baseball players (Ripken, Gehrig, Mantle).

Southside Estates neighborhood, between Atlantic and Beach Boulevards, east of Southside Boulevard, streets are mostly named after flag-rank officers in World War 2. The names appear in alphabetical order, north to south.
Exceptions appear to include Jupiter Court, I couldn't find anyone fitting the pattern - so perhaps after Operation Jupiter, an Allied offensive in Normandy a few weeks after D-Day? Then there is Lily Road - perhaps Soviet fighter ace pilot Lydia Litvyak, who was known as the "White Lily of Stalingrad" from her Wiki bio: Historians estimate for her total victories range from five to twelve solo victories and two to four shared kills in her 66 combat sorties."
