Yea, I mean clearly there's a mixed use plan here with residential and retail mentioned,

"...there will still be about 75 acres of available land on the property tagged for hotels, retail shops, restaurants, office buildings, residential living and a premier medical facility, along with bike and walking paths."

They're also building a MUCH larger building:

The 600,000-square-foot structure is five stories high and will include 8,875 total tons of structural steel, more than 75 miles of PVC conduit, 2.5 million feet of wire and 4,145 light fixtures. There are more than 340 workers on site, but those numbers will increase to 800 at maximum workforce, and the team is using 118 area firms as part of the project.

There's also the aspect that they're building this place on vacant land so there's the road/infrastructure/etc. construction that's needed.

He doesn't play for the Panthers, but maybe Aaron Rodgers can help them out with a loan.

So far very excited about the free agents, but disappointed about losing Miles Jack.....

No draft excitement?  Hutchinson or Walker? There will not be a trade back option this year...
In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

Hutchinson at one, and then use the rest of the draft to load up on help/weapons for Trevor.

Could probably talk myself into Ekwonu with enough alcohol if it happens, knowing Pederson is high on him and Trevor needs the protection.

Do not like Walker at 1, at all.

My draft day excitement left when the Dolphins traded away their pick for Tyreek Hill and I was in 100% support of that move!

Personally I hope they draft O line first.  That's the best way to protect your QB plus open some holes for the RB.

It's a real shame there is no super star prospect at QB this year, the #1 spot would be more valuable as trade bait if there was.

landfall

O line then a wide receiver in round 2.

I hope the Jags choose Hutchinson at #1.  Easily the most sure bet in the draft at 1.

Thank you Trent Baalke.  Fuck.  Our MVP is Trevor.  Walker is neither a great O line pick to protect Trevor OR a great downfield weapon for Trevor.

This franchise has been cursed with the most unrelenting string of incompetent GM's in NFL history.  More proof right there.

Wanted Hutch, but after seeing the press conference with Pederson and Baalke, I feel a little better about the pick.

Doug was VERY insistent that any rumors of disagreement were bullshit and that they all agreed on the pick.

Willing to put my trust in Doug, even if I have none in Baalke.

I turned-off the telly after pick 4.  I hope this works out, but I think they are putting a lot on the line for a 1 year player.  ("Always take the BEST available player.")
