I hope it continues to go well for them.    If the city doesn't turn around as a whole, this may turn out to be one very expensive dead cat bounce for downtown.

Me: Glad I don't live There.

I was There three years on a business visit.Some time reserved to Hang Out and Ramble.

Hopefully Detroit and Jacksonville are not joined on at the hip.
