A live performance theater is opening at 1807 N. Main Street. Working is going on now. First performance is Nov 8th, "Facing East"

And next door (1803 N. Main), the theater owner also plans to open a cafe. Work underway.

Is this still coming? I see the signs are up but big for lease signs have popped up recently as well.

Nope. Don't think they did due diligence about required permits, etc prior to moving forward.
