Heyden Supply will be opening at 439 East 8th Street this summer. Supposed to include some kind of retail hardware, as well.

The signs have been there for several months, are they planning to make any improvements to the building facade or parking lot?  I realize it's an industrial business so appearances don't matter as much, but both are pretty rough looking.
