Springfield Lofts: Another City Living Option Coming

The project is moving forward. The developer recently selected an architect (out of Tampa, I believe) after an extensive search. Full steam ahead.

I hope you are referring to the Mission Statement/ Propaganda used by Ground Work Jax to rally the residents of Springfield and secure a multi-million dollar grant in an effort  revitalize Hogans Creek and Klutho Park!

The updates of plants and cheap child intern/volunteer labor paint an amazing portrait of the organization. My personal favorite is looking at the 8 different bike paths, sidewalks, pavements in Klutho Park and wondering how long before they just pave a new one, instead of repairing or cleaning the previous 7?
