B Street Eats and La Cena are both now open.

And the closed Bella Vita pizzeria is becoming a place called Food Addictz. Supposed to be a southern restaurant.

La Cena has no signs on the building or windows.
Good luck! lol

According to reviews on Trip Advisor it has been open since late January/early February. I don't remember seeing any cars in the parking lot at dinner time but I'm looking forward to trying it.

They have no signs, no internet presence, and no cars in the parking lot.
How sure are we that this place is open, or not a drug front? lol

Apparently it opened on Jan. 9th.
QuoteNew location proves positive move

Jerry Moran is liking his new location. Gone are the hassles of trying to keep fine dining alive in downtown. La Cena is now at 911 Edgewood Ave., with its own fenced and lit parking lot. But that is about all that has changed.

Moran kept his staff and paid them from the June closing until it reopened on Jan. 9. He kept them busy helping with remodeling the restaurant. The menu is the same, and he has a 30-foot-long, temperature controlled wine cellar. Most of his wine ranges between $35 to $50.

He asks that customers call for reservations at (904) 633-9255. It helps with service and makes for a much more pleasant dining experience. Customers can call an hour before they want to come in, but he just likes to know what to expect each night. Also, the restaurant does not have a large area where people can wait for a table. Reservations only make sense.

La Cena is open at 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. He serves until the last reservation is filled. In his downtown location, he was known to prepare a full meal after 10 p.m. on a weeknight if a customer from out of town arrived late and wanted dinner.

Signage would just increase the likelihood that homeless people would show up outside the door and unwanted people would start filling up his parking lot. Obviously Jerry is fine with his loyal customers only.
