Very cool, this will be a big help to business owners. Do we know the total budget?
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Undetermined. The organization is hoping to leverage dollars into more dollars, but that's not a done deal yet.
