Whats the deal with the Mohs Skin Center? Seems that it has been on the list for a long time with no progress. Is it ever going to get started?

A few updates about the Springfield properties:

> Crispy's held a small gathering last night (not a soft opening), and it's looking fantastic. John is really paying attention to aesthetic details, and it shows. The facade renovation is now underway, as well. Really looks like a jewel lite up at night with all that glass in front.

> Social Grounds Coffee is definitely planning to open next month.

> Hyperion Brewing Co is set to open in the next couple months, I won't steal their thunder on the date.

> 1st & Main is having their windows widened to the original size as I type (drive by, check it out). The views from the 2nd floor are very nice.

> The Block Skate Supply ran into some issues with their old building (permitting), thus is taking longer than anticipated. They may set up a pop up shop in the meantime while those issues are worked through.

I'm counting about 600 new residents downtown for 2018. That's awesome! Now hopefully the trio gets approved and added to this list!

Also, I'm not sure how major it is, but apparently the main library is completely redoing the 2nd floor patio space soon. Any info on that Lake?

I don't have anything on that project at the moment.

For real. Thought that spot may be better for residential sooner than later with the close walk to 5 Points.

What's with the dessert place by San Marco Theatre?  I thought they were adding a screen.

April 1st is days away and not a shovel of earth has been turned at San Marco Publix site or Peter Rummel's planned complex (The District).

Do they have dates set for start of construction?

Don't worry, Captain and I will be there with our shovels and hardhats.

Looks like they just broke ground on the Houston St. Manor.

Yes, permits were pulled a week or two ago.  If they haven't already started, the last Houston Street bordello should be coming down any day now.

B Street Eats and La Cena are both now open.

And the closed Bella Vita pizzeria is becoming a place called Food Addictz. Supposed to be a southern restaurant.
