Status report on Peter Rummel's project (The District?)  and San Marco Publix PLEASE!?@#!

Still nothing going on at either spot far as I can tell.  Have they finally closed on the real estate?

Noticed the Animal Hospital building across from the East San Marco site seems to be adding a floor or two to the top of their building.

That's number 62 on the update.  The animal hospital has moved to St Nick (big upgrade) and I think that building will be office space.

Thanks, Cap. I just skipped right over it. I guess they're anticipating some real demand if the apartments come online. Prices in San Marco are ridiculous now.

Just over 2 weeks until D-day.  We going to tailgate the groundbreaking?

I'll tailgate Publix's grand opening. I aint nobody's April fool.
