Have any idea what's going into the old Cabana Grill place on San Jose Blvd?

There's was a Cabana Grill on San Jose Blvd. It closed not very long after it was built and opened. Apparently something is going in there based on a sign I've seen by it, what is it?

True, but I think of people's frequent reference to Picasso's as the exception that proves the rule. The Tree Steakhouse is the other exception that comes to mind.

I'd be one of those people I guess; but due to the Cabana Grill's construction being coterminous and similar in timeframe, I imagine there was some incentive causing it to be built down the road.
