[Know Growth]

It is somewhat of a personal "Yawn" producer for me to so routinely stumble across folk that assume continued Avondale "Growth" will somehow be accommodated by "Parking Garage" or some parking expansion concoction.I do awake and come to attention,briefly,for the rare thoughtful "Vision";either parking atop St Johns Avenue Shoppes buildings or...where? I ask again,WHERE? Includes the Honchos at Resident News....Where??

No concept of parking 'garage' design as it relates to lining St Johns Avenue,not to mention $$,who might pay.

Eventually,when those that assume continued Avondale Growth are pressed for details and the inevitable question "and then what?",they too Yawn.

Yawn indeed! What else?

For a year, I rented the house photographed in that link facing Oak along Ingleside.  During that time, one of my neighbors told me that it was my responsibility to maintain the Ingleside median...or as he put it, "it's your job to clean the park."  I laughed out aloud when he called it that...but this is Jacksonville and we do love our pocket parks.

Did you maintain the Median?
