I think a poster on this site also has a few storefronts on Edgewood and I'm hopeful those will start to fill in as well.

There's a place called "Pinky Toes Spa" that's opening beside the smoke shop on Edgewood.

I looked at the French Pantry's Facebook and it said about another year until they open.

I drive by the Beaver Street Villas project almost everyday now and they are making fast progress. There is especially a lot going on interior wise.

There is a big pile on construction fencing on the west side of the Broadstone Riverhouse site.  Not sure if it's for that or for the hotel work, but hoping it's for the apartments.

^I don't see any active permits being issued already from COJ.

Finally, a tower crane or two will return to Jax's skyline. Wish it was a little taller but I guess beggars can't be choosers...
