Magnolia St. Houses

I noticed today that one of the three houses on Magnolia St. (behind 220 Riverside) is undergoing exterior renovations.  Talked with the man doing the work and it will get new siding along the bottom and new paint on the rest.  Every little bit helps.

Interesting. That house hasn't been occupied for at least 10 years.
