This is one of my hidden favs. I too didn't know it was there until about 10 years ago, and found it during random exploration around the port. It's fun to drive under the bridge, and if you time it right, a great place to watch the cruise ship pass as it navigates under the bridge. A quiet park, though if you bring food, expect a few feral cats to try and coax scraps from you.
