Mixed-use near SJTC

Maybe I missed this posted somewhere else in the myriad of Town Center threads...but this could be a nice breath of fresh air for that area.

"The project will be a true mixed-use development that will blend residential, office, neighborhood retail and more and will leverage Hines' experience and reputation of delivering the highest-quality design and architecture," the company said in a news release.

"I would stress we are a high-quality developer," he said. "We intend to make this a market-defining project."
The news release said the project will focus on connectivity, pedestrian-friendly pathways, a central lake amenity and abundant green space in addition to working closely with RTKL Associates on the design and ETM, a local engineering firm.
Gardner said the development could take six to eight years before it's complete.
"We take a lot of time in the planning process to make sure the uses are fully integrated," he said. "We want all the uses to work together."
