Thanks for all the information and research, and everything i have heard and seen is very positive on Anna Brosche.  Has many top endorsements and I did read where she was yes on HRO.  It is such a different and welcomed change to have someone beside Dave Taylor and Kimberly demon killer Daniels to vote for.

Some things are just too good not to share.  I just received a message from one of Kimberly Daniels political associates accusing me of practicing "witchcraft" against her and him, including the admonishment to get out of the business of his community. Who knew this guy and Kim owned District 1 and beyond?  Yes, this is the level of sophistication some districts are dealing with and that is represented by one current individual sitting on council wanting to keep hold of that seat. This the mindset of Kimberly Daniels who once announced during a council meeting that there is a cult in Egypt that has sex with corpses.  It's on the record at city hall folks, you can't make this stuff up.   It is frightening to me how many of her supporters share her mindset as represented by the witchcraft nonsense I fielded today.  I have to laugh because the alternative would be to break down and cry at the level of simple mindedness being shown by some who seem to be living in the dark ages in spite of it being 2015.  That foolish talk and mindset doesn't change what needs changing in Jacksonville.  Lord have mercy, the boogie men, witches and demons are just everywhere and now witches are influencing Jacksonville politics.  Who knew?  I wonder if this mentality is scary to any others besides me.  lol  The one issuing the accusations quickly erased the messages and an accompanying threat.   The lucky thing is that I copied them all before they were erased and saved them for posterity.  I want to be able to share the "witch" story with my grandkids one day.  Who knew grandma was so powerful.

In the meantime I have voted for Anna Lopez Broche as has my entire family.  This is the way to positive change for District 1 which is clearly deserving of leadership that isn't focused on busting demons but rather on serving the needs of the citizens equally and honestly.    Anna is a class act!

I thought the story diane told was humorous, but in reality cringe when reading the twitter.  It is somewhat disturbing that this person is on Jacksonville FL city council, and running again.  It's like a Scream 5  movie set in Jacksonville.   i would enjoy hearing more of the details of how diane's witchcraft is harming someone.

To the extent that Diane is or might be a witch, I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she is a 'good' witch like the Good Witch of the North in 'The Wizard of Oz'.  I only wish her powers were stronger, such that she could rid JAX of the 'men behind the curtain' that seek to control everything to their benefit.

Cat, these were sent via fb private messenger and it came from a person who is working with Kimberly Daniels. I would name them but they are of no consequence in local politics however they are definitely a wanna be politico and full of threats. Naming them would likely end up in an online flame war under a faux name and I haven't the time for that kind of nonsense, nor do the readers here.  Vic I do believe if I were a witch I would be a good one and even though I am not currently casting spells on folks I am working very hard to expose the people behind the curtain so that we can all get rid of them by using our voice and our vote.    Of course those who I expose may think I am a witch indeed.  lmao

Councilmember Kim Daniels has one of the worst attendance records in recent Jacksonville City Council history, as a new mailer from 904WARD reminds voters, via a picture of Daniels on a milk carton with the message: "MISSING: Have you seen this milk carton?"

Advising that "when Councilwoman Kimberly Daniels misses work, she betrays your trust," the mailer reminds Jacksonville voters that she has "left early, skipped or been late to City meetings an average of 36% of the time." Her record is even worse when it comes to committee meetings, for which she failed to show half the time.

The mailer concludes by urging people to vote "NO to 'No-Show' Kimberly Daniels."

Kimberly Daniels was allegedly assaulted at a polling site today.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville Councilwoman Kimberly Daniels was allegedly assaulted Monday outside of a polling location, according to the Supervisor of Elections Office.

A spokesperson from the office tells First Coast News that Daniels was struck outside of the Highlands Library polling location.

We have reached out to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office for more information about the alleged incident.

We will update this story when we learn more.

News4Jax learned that a dispute over the placement of political signs outside the Highlands Regional Library on Dunn Avenue -- one of 18 early-voting sites -- turned physical.  Witnesses said a campaign worker for another candidate assaulted Daniels.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was called to the scene, but it has not released details of the incident or whether anyone was charged with a crime.

Daniels has three opponents in her bid for a second term as councilwoman for City Council At-Large Group 1. Daniels' spokesman confirmed she was assaulted but would not answer any other questions, except to say they were letting JSO handle the investigation.

My guess is someone on the Taylor campaign.

Channel 4 just reported the altercation, or whatever, was with someone from the Sirretta Williams campaign, who isn't even an opponent.  And Ms. Williams' campaign says that it was CW Daniels who was the aggressor.
